3. Cashback
3.1 In order to receive cashback, at least one deposit has to be made.
3.2 Cashback can’t be combined with any other bonuses or promotions. If you have an active bonus no cashback can be earned until completion or failure of the active bonus or promotion is achieved.
3.3 The minimum cashback payout is 1€. Maximum cashback payout per week is limited to 1400€
3.4 The cashback is calculated based on the theoretical RTP of each bet placed minus operations costs. The calculation refers to members game activity from Monday to Sunday and is paid out the coming Monday.
3.5 Evolve Casino reserves the right to forfeit any Cashback that has not been claimed either via gameplay or withdrawal after 90 days of crediting has passed.

4. General Bonus Terms
4.1 Only one bonus is allowed at a time per player, account, address, computer and IP address. Evolvecasino.com reserves the right to close any account that is considered a duplicate account and to confiscate the assets of the relevant account.
4.2 If no other information is given, the minimum qualifying deposit to be able to get a bonus is €20 or equal amount in other currency. The maximum amount of the bonus varies depending campaign.
4.3 Cash bonuses, both with and without wager requirements have a maximum allowed withdrawal of (Five times) x5 the bonus amount. For winnings generated from the welcome bonuses, there is no maximum cash-out.
4.4 All bonuses issued by Evolve casino can only be used for games and not be transferred or paid out unless the specified bonus conditions for the bonus campaign are fulfilled.
4.5 All bonuses have an end date. If the bonus conditions are not fulfilled by the end date, then Evolve casino have the right to cancel the bonus or debit the bonus money from the gaming account.

4.17 Before any withdrawals can be processed, we must first examine your game play for any eventual discrepancies. 5. Wager Free Bonuses
5.1. When playing with a wager free bonus offered by the casino, through a promotion/campaign or as a goodwill gesture from any member of the team, you are allowed a one-time withdrawal request (which will void the current bonus).In the case where funds remain in the balance, it will be considered as a win generated by your bonus and the bonus terms & conditions continue to apply.
